This was the introduction to the TV show about a talking horse:
A horse is a horse, of course, of course, And no one can talk to horse, of course. That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed. Go right to the source and ask the horse. He'll give you the answer that you'll endorse. He's always on a steady course. Talk to Mr. Ed.
So why is this with my “Thinking” posts? As you have probably determined already, I like horses, even talking horses. I watched this show back when (which may give you an idea of my age). With all the issues facing the world today, a little humor, even if it is out-dated, is a good thing. So relax a little and scoff at what used to be.
The show ran from 1961 to 1966. The horse had “interesting” answers for his person’s problems. I don’t know that he understood the proper use of capitalization.
